‘FEUD: Capote vs. The Swans’

Ryan Murphy’s latest FX joint, FEUD: Capote vs. the Swans, looks at how famed American writer Truman Capote (Tom Hollander) destroyed his social standing by pissing off the high-powered socialites he nicknamed “the Swans.” Struggling to come up with a follow up to his masterpiece, In Cold Blood, Capote turned to the gossip he’d been privy to for years as literary inspiration. The problem? The thinly-veiled alter egos he created for the power brokers of New York Society were a bit too thin. Soon, everyone knew the dirty laundry of Babe Paley (Naomi Watts) and her associates, and allegations of murder drove one disgraced socialite to die by suicide! FEUD: Capote vs. the Swans is full of juicy drama and even juicier all-star performances.
