New function that returns useful example field constructs #18

It would be nice to have a function that could return one of a number of well defined field constructs that are useful for exploring cfdm and can be used for doc string examples

This has been implemented as function cfdm/example_field function in the "Changes for CF1.8" pull request (#14), and will be available at cfdm version 1.8.0
