You will be injected with local lidocaine. You will not need any sedation or general anesthesia.<\/p><p>During your upper eyelid surgery, Dr. Marmur will create well-concealed incisions within the natural creases of each eyelid. Through these incisions, Dr. Marmur will remove excess skin, and tissue and tighten and smooth the upper eyelid skin. Then, the incision is closed with sutures.
