1. Who we are

WALoops ("we," "us," "our") is a WhatsApp Business automation platform — shared team inbox, bot flows, broadcast campaigns, AI sales agent, and eCommerce integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce) — built on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. WALoops is operated by Varni Infotech.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account and any team members you invite to it.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to our Premium plan features, no payment method required upfront. At the end of the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription; if none is active, access to plan-gated features is suspended until you subscribe.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, in US Dollars ($), and processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. Indian customers are billed the INR equivalent, converted automatically by Razorpay at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling and billing exceptions.

Message credits on the WALoops number. Until you connect your own WhatsApp number, messages and OTP codes can be sent from the WALoops number using credits. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance (Starter 3,000, Premium 10,000, Advance 25,000) that resets on the 1st of each calendar month; unused monthly credits do not carry over. Each send uses credits: an OTP code 1 credit, a message to an Indian (+91) number 10 credits, a message to any other country 20 credits, and a marketing message to any other country 50 credits. Top-up credits are bought separately, are non-refundable, never expire, and are used only after the monthly allowance. When credits run out, sending from the WALoops number pauses until the next month or a top-up. We may change credit amounts or rates with notice on our pricing page. Shopify app plans are billed by Shopify as described in the app listing.

Your own WhatsApp number. When you connect your own WhatsApp Business number, messages sent from it are unlimited on WALoops and use no credits. Meta charges its per-message fees directly to your WhatsApp Business account at Meta's own rates; WALoops adds no markup and is not responsible for Meta's charges.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use WALoops in compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and all applicable laws — including consent and opt-out requirements for bulk/broadcast messaging. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are being used to send unsolicited or abusive messages, or that put our Meta Business Solution Provider standing at risk.

6. Your data

Customer, order, and conversation data you connect to WALoops (e.g. via Shopify/WooCommerce or your WhatsApp number) is processed on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain the owner of your customer data at all times.

7. Service availability & disclaimers

WALoops is provided "as is." While we work to maintain high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for outages or delays caused by Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, Razorpay, Shopify/WooCommerce, or other third-party services we integrate with. Figures used in our marketing (e.g. recovery or conversion percentages) are illustrative and not a guarantee of results for your business.

8. Termination

You may stop using WALoops and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
