College dropout Steve Jobs (Ashton Kutcher), together with his friend, technical whiz-kid Steve Wozniak (Josh Gad), sparks a revolution in home computers with the invention of the Apple 1 in 1976. Built in the garage of Jobs' parents, the device -- and the subsequent formation of Apple Inc. -- have changed the world for all time. Though he is viewed as a visionary, Jobs' tenure as Apple's leader is a rocky one, leading to his eventual ouster from the company he co-founded.

Critics Consensus

An ambitious but skin-deep portrait of an influential, complex figure, Jobs often has the feel of an over-sentimentalized made-for-TV biopic.

A Steve Jobs biopic steeped in the mediocrity its subject despised.

Too often the audience is taken out of the scene with thoughts of" Hey, isn't that Ashton Kutcher?" simply because the portrayal comes off too contrived.

Jobs' remarkable life and persistently prickly personality are simply too complicated and his roller-coaster ride to the top of the personal-computing business is simply too crammed with improbable side trips and switchbacks to distill into 128 minutes.

As much enthusiasm and fascination I have with the origin of Apple and Steve Jobs, I couldn't get past the mediocrity of this film.

One has the distinct feeling that Jobs himself would have been particularly unimpressed with Jobs the movie.

The film's major moving parts are damaged, effectively crashing the machine. Send this one back to the factory.

This movie is criminally underrated. It is a thorough and fascinating expose on Steve Job's life.

A tad ghetto and far from deep, but Jobs is a great watch about the Apple beginnings, and a decent docudrama.

Ashton Kutcher is strongly miscast as Steve Jobs in the movie "Jobs". Also, it poorly lionizes Steve Jobs as the visionary of Apple when in fact, he was simply a great marketing guy and a great salesman with the ability to sell a refrigerator to eskimos living on the North Pole and to sell a heater to someone living in the desert during summer.

Found this film to be an absolute chore to sit through with Ashton Kutchers portrayal of Steve Jobs. This film sets out to show us how much of a genius Steve was and then proceeds to spend the two hour runtime showing us how much of a jerk he was instead.

Entretenida, dinámica, no obstante se quedó corta en duración la historia de jobs requiere mínimo una serie, Ashton Kutcher es igual a Steve Jobs, vean la película en inglés si está en sus posibilidades el doblaje latino es muy flojo
