Doesn't have to stretch the truth all that much in order to achieve the kind of nightmare-ish immigration scenario that will have you questioning how patriotic you're feeling... Go to Full Review Lorraine Ali Los Angeles Times Oct 5, 2018
If only this horror anthology was more, well, horrifying. As is, Into the Dark is more chill than chilling. Go to Full Review Jonathon Wilson Ready Steady Cut Feb 27, 2021

There's enough comedy in the first half and rousing feminist energy in the second half of 'Treehouse' to inspire a recommendation. Go to Full Review Tim Stevens Comicsverse Dec 13, 2018

Steve K @RT90549872 Oct 9, 2021 The episode entitled "Treehouse" is exceptionally bad. Bottom line: good horror can contain SJW trope, but it's not effective if it's dripping with it and so poorly written and blatant that it makes the whole thing silly and comical. See more Sascha H @RT82279507 Aug 12, 2021 In general, the show is actually good. But I doubt whether the series can really be called horror. It's more of a crazy feminist mystery series. The characters were basic as was the plot. The run time being padded with them doing stupid things without thinking of it through as a normal person would. It had me yelling but not with joy, more of yelling at how dense and simple minded these characters are.
