- ci.yml: replace macos-14 (retired 2026-11-02) with xcode-27 (macOS 27, GA) - publish.yml: use ubuntu-latest for non-build jobs (check/publish run in the Homebrew container, matching homebrew-core) - publish.yml: replace removed ghcr.io/homebrew/ubuntu22.04 container with ghcr.io/homebrew/brew:main

macos-14（2026-11-02 退役），新增xcode-27（macOS 27，已 GA）放在矩阵末尾check/publish两个非编译 job 改用ubuntu-latest，以后不用再跟随版本迁移（实际工作环境在 Homebrew 容器内，与 homebrew-core 现行做法一致）ghcr.io/homebrew/ubuntu22.04:master→ghcr.io/homebrew/brew:main（前者已被 Homebrew 7.0 移除）ci.yml的编译矩阵保持固定版本标签不变，因为 bottle 需要按 OS 版本分别构建。参考
