Format JS/TS with Prettier - #235

Run wp-scripts format (WordPress Prettier config) over every file that lint:js checks. Vendored qs.js and select2.js are left alone. Formatting only: Babel ASTs match before/after (ignoring positions, quote props and insignificant JSX whitespace). The one JSX reflow in generate-button.tsx renders the same text. Legacy build/js output is byte-identical.

wp-scripts format(Prettier) oversrc/. Formatting only, no behaviour change; kept on its own so the lint fixes in #236 stay readable.Stacked on #234.
Checked: the production build is byte-identical before and after, and Jest passes (69).
