This Additional Notice supplements the RX Privacy Policy and applies to Personal Information subject to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (“APPI”). In case of any conflict or inconsistency between this Additional Notice and the RX Privacy Policy, this Additional Notice shall prevail. Capitalised terms have the meanings given to them under the APPI.

RX events and related services are designed to facilitate business opportunities and networking among visitors, exhibitors (including co-exhibitors), sponsors and others specified on the applicable RX show website. Accordingly, we may provide Personal Information to these third parties for these purposes and as further described in the RX Privacy Policy.

Where badge scanning, QR code scanning or any similar functionality is used by exhibitors, sponsors, other participants, or by you, registration information and other related information may be provided to the relevant exhibitors, sponsors or other participants. In addition, where you use an event application, online platform or other networking features, information may be provided to exhibitors, sponsors and other participants through such features.

For the purposes described in the RX Privacy Policy, we may combine or associate Personally Referrable Information obtained from exhibitors, sponsors and other third parties with Personal Information that we already hold.

For the purposes described in the RX Privacy Policy, we may provide Personal Information to, or have Personal Information processed by, our group companies, service providers, exhibitors, sponsors and other third parties located outside Japan.

本追加の通知は、RXプライバシーポリシーを補完し、日本の個人情報の保護に関する法律（「個人情報保護法」）の適用対象となる個人情報に適用されます。本追加の通知とRXプライバシーポリシーの内容に矛盾または不一致がある場合、本追加の通知が優先して適用されます。本追加の通知において使用する用語の定義は、個人情報保護法の定めるところによります。

RXのイベントおよび関連サービスは、来場者、出展社（共同出展社を含む）、スポンサー、その他該当するRX展示会サイトにおいて記載する第三者の間のビジネス機会創出およびネットワーキングを目的としています。そのため当社は、これらの目的のため、またRX プライバシーポリシーにさらに記載するところに従い、これらの第三者に対して個人情報を提供する場合があります。

出展社、スポンサー、その他参加者による、またはあなた自身によるバッジスキャン、QRコードスキャンまたはこれに類する機能を利用した場合、当該出展社、スポンサー、その他参加者に対して登録情報その他関連情報が提供される場合があります。また、イベントアプリ、オンラインプラットフォームその他のネットワーキング機能を利用した場合、当該機能を通じて出展社、スポンサー、その他参加者に情報が提供される場合があります。

当社は、RXプライバシーポリシーに記載された目的のため、出展社、スポンサー、その他第三者から取得した個人関連情報を、当社が保有する個人情報と組み合わせ、または関連付けて利用する場合があります。

当社は、RXプライバシーポリシーに記載された目的のため、日本国外に所在する当社のグループ会社、サービス提供者、出展社、スポンサー、その他の第三者に個人情報を提供し、または取り扱わせる場合があります。
