To be clear, you are getting the email notifications but it only has this in its response?

Or are you facing issues with receiving the email?
Sounds like its more with the with the content in the email. In general, the field shouldn’t have appeared empty. Possible to provide us with the export of the quiz so that we could check further?

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.
You can share the export file via Google Drive, Pastebin, Dropbox, or any cloud service in the next reply.

The email is empty where the quiz results should be; all other form fields are working, except for the quiz answers. The issue you mentioned has already been reported to our development team, and they are working on a fix. The fix will be included in one of our upcoming updates. However, we’re unable to provide an ETA for the release at this time.
