Scott Maynard is Of Counsel in the firm’s Dallas office. He has more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property litigation and licensing, advising clients on the oversight and management of their global intellectual property (IP) matters.
Throughout his career, Scott has led teams of legal professionals and worked closely with cross-functional teams to protect, acquire, enforce, and monetize his clients’ IP assets while minimizing legal risks.
